Can someone explain...
how purchasing Green Power would affect my electric bill?
If I purchase a block of Green Power then does that mean we at our home will personally be using it or are we just helping the EPB to finance it for all of Chattanooga to use?
Will my electric bill only be changed by adding an aditional $4 each month to my monthly bill?
The Green Power isn't going to save me any money, just help make it affordable for the EPB to use more evironmentally friendly options for creating the electricity we all use?

Broken Foot
I guess I have broken my left foot.
Greg and I joined the YMCA in January and we have been trying hard to increase the amount of exercise we get. At some point about a month ago my left foot began hurting, but it felt a little better after a few days.
My suspicion all along was that I had some sort of stress fracture. I assumed there wasn't much that could be done for it except to be as easy on it as possible. It never really stopped hurting altogether, but the pain would lessen and I could almost walk like a normal person until the next time I hurt it.
Thursday we took the kids to the park and one of them was coming down the slide wrong and I lunged to catch them at the bottom. OUCH!
That was enough of that. I decided while I had a babysitter (Gramma Davick) at the house, I better take the chance to get to the doctor and see what was going on.
The x-ray showed a break in my fourth metatarsal. I have to wait until Wednesday to see the orthopedic doctor. Too bad I don't live in Des Moines, I know of a really good orthopedic surgeon there (Uncle Jeff) although hopefully there isn't any surgery in my near future.
